Amélie Thévenart is specialised in investment funds and she is co-head of the firm's investment management team. Amélie has more than 10 years of experience in Luxembourg investment funds laws and regulations. Her experience was built both as an in-house practitioner at regulated Luxembourg management companies and as practicing attorney at Bonn & Schmitt. She assists clients on all aspects of setting up, merging or liquidating Luxembourg funds, including UCITS, UCIs and AIFS (both regulated and unregulated) and management companies.
Amélie has acquired a solid experience and an in-depth knowledge in the drafting, the negotiating and the reviewing of fund-related agreements and ancillary documentation (e.g. issuing documents, propectus, depositary agreements, investment management agreements, distribution agreements, management company agreements, OTC standard agreements or shareholders agreements).
She is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar since 2018.
